Requirements:
- B.Com Fresher graduates are welcome to apply
- Candidates with up to 6 months of sales experience can also apply
- Valuable communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain accounting-related products/services and generate customer interest.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Maintain customer details and update call records in the system.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
Job Location: C139, Industrial Area - Phase 8, Mohali
Experience: B.Com Fresher or 6 months of sales experience
