Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, promotions, transfers, and employee documentation.
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle, including manpower planning, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, salary negotiation, and onboarding of new hires.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
- Ensure smooth execution of payroll, advantages administration, leave management, and adherence to company policies.
- Maintain and update the HR Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and generate reports on key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, recruitment, and performance trends.
- Address and resolve employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and workplace concerns. Support employee relations by mediating conflicts and promoting a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, LWF, and monthly challan submissions.
- Analyze attrition trends,



conduct stay interviews and exit interviews, and implement employee retention strategies to reduce turnover.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business objectives and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles, manage performance feedback, and support employee learning and development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, celebrations, wellness programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
- Coordinate office maintenance, vendor management, housekeeping, security, and facility-related activities.
- Maintain office inventory, company assets, administrative records, and documentation.
- Support meeting coordination, travel arrangements, employee events, and other operational and administrative requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Masters or any related field

Experience: 1-2 Years

Knowledge of legal & Compliances.
