Client Relationship Executive (Luxury Interiors & Furniture)

Location: Gurgaon

About the Role

Are you someone who enjoys talking to people, building relationships, and creating memorable customer experiences? Join our growing luxury interiors and furniture brand and become the first point of contact for our premium clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with potential clients through phone calls using qualified leads.

- Build rapport and professionally introduce our luxury furniture and interior solutions.

- Invite prospective clients to visit our Experience Centre.

- Schedule and coordinate client appointments with the sales team.

- Maintain regular follow-ups and update client interactions in the CRM/database.

- Ensure a warm, professional, and engaging customer experience throughout the communication process.

What We're Looking For:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confident and persuasive personality.

- Fluency in Hindi and English.

- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or hospitality is an advantage (Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
