MIS Transport Executive Job Summary The MIS Transport Executive is responsible for coordinating and overseeing transportation operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective movement of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The candidate will serve as backup support for the Transport Executive, with primary responsibilities including reporting, scheduling, and transport coordination. Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate transportation routes for optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Manage relationships with drivers and other transportation partners
- Monitor route operations and resolve any issues or delays that arise during transit
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards
- Analyze transportation data and prepare reports on performance metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to improve transportation processes and reduce costs
- Manage transportation budgets and control expenses
- Negotiate contracts with transportation providers




- Implement and maintain transportation management systems
- Stay informed about industry trends and new technologies in transportation logistics
- Responsible for overall transport billing and vendor management
- Resolve issues and audit trip sheets
- Send data to vendors for invoicing and process collected invoices as per protocol
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and bills
- Support accounts payable functions

Requirements

- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in relevant field
- Prior experience in any transport-related function is essential

Work Arrangements

- Shift Timings: Rotational shifts (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM)
- Work Schedule: 6 days per week
