Role: Associate Trainer
Eligibility: BBA, B.Sc, B.Com / B.Tech graduates from top-tier institutes (including IITs & NITs)

What You'll Be Doing
You'll go through a structured, supervised 3-month certification pathway starting with classroom training and shadowing, moving into co-facilitation with a lead trainer, and finishing with solo delivery under observation. Clear the certification, and you step into the Associate Trainer role.

Who Should Apply
