Role & responsibilities :

- Lead complete Solar Water Pumping business across Haryana.
- Hands-on ownership of PM-KUSUM (especially Component B) projects.
- Expert handling of HAREDA/KUSUM Portal and government processes.
- Study and execute government tenders, BOQs and technical specifications.
- Manage installation, commissioning and project completion.
- Coordinate with government departments, DISCOMs, vendors and inspection agencies.
- Build district-wise execution network and channel partners.
- Lead field teams and ensure quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.

Drive business growth while ensuring compliance with government guidelines

Preferred candidate profile :

- 815 years' experience in Solar Water Pumping, Solar EPC or Renewable Energy.
- Strong exposure to PM-KUSUM Scheme in Haryana is highly preferred.




- Excellent technical understanding of solar water pumping systems.
- Ability to independently manage state operations of HARYANA
- Robust leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Exposure to rooftop solar or utility-scale solar projects will be an added advantage
