Roles and Responsibilities

- Design and develop fixtures, jigs, and tools using Creo software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets manufacturing requirements.

- Develop detailed drawings and documentation for production purposes.

- Complete Tooling & Gating Design , Core Box Design ( Manual & machine cold core box ) For both horizontal & vertical line, Core mask design, Core Transfer Fixture .

- Making 3D Casting modelling, Pattern concept & Core modelling, pattern layout
