Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Software Recruiter with 4+ years of expertise in end-to-end technical recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of software engineering roles and proven experience sourcing, evaluating, and hiring top technical talent. This role requires close collaboration with hiring managers, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver quality hires in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for software engineering and technology roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, technical skill sets, and team needs.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate technical interviews, panel interviews, and feedback with engineering teams.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of software professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation, manage offer discussions, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).




- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, and hiring events.
