Your future duties and responsibilities:

- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server and VMware Administration.
- Hands-on experience in Enterprise PKI and Certificate Management.
- Experience supporting production enterprise environments.
- Deploy, configure, and manage virtual machines.
- Perform VM migrations using vMotion and Storage vMotion.
- Manage VMware clusters, HA, DRS, and resource allocation.
- Monitor virtualization infrastructure performance and capacity.
- Plan and execute ESXi and vCenter upgrades and patching.
- Troubleshoot VMware-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
- Perform server patching, upgrades, and security hardening.
- Administer file servers, print servers, and application servers.
- Troubleshoot OS, network, storage, and authentication issues.
- Implement and maintain high-availability solutions.
- Manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) environments.
- Issue, renew, revoke,



and replace SSL/TLS certificates.
- Administer Microsoft Certificate Services (ADCS).
- Troubleshoot certificate trust and authentication issues.
- Implement certificate lifecycle management processes.
- Manage internal and external CA certificates.
- Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
- Handle escalated Level-3 incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and permanent fixes.
- Support change management and maintenance activities.
- Participate in major incident resolution and outage management.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
- Implement server hardening and security best practices.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies.
- Perform vulnerability remediation and risk mitigation.
- Support audits and compliance assessments.
