Platform Engineer

. Experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or DevOps environments.
. Hands on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes based platforms.
. Strong understanding of containerized workloads and the ability to diagnose issues across containers, load balancers, reverse proxies, networking, and application layers.
. Experience administering and supporting databases, particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server, including basic performance tuning, backup, and operational maintenance.
. Familiarity with modern platform and observability tools such as Keycloak, Argo CD, SigNoz, and Jenkins.
. Ability to quickly learn, evaluate, and deploy new products and technologies based on business and operational requirements.
. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a focus on reliability, scalability, and operational excellence.
. Effective collaboration with development, QA, security, infrastructure to support platform initiatives.
. Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge base articles.
. Understanding of CI/CD practices, automation, monitoring, and production support processes.
. Transparent communication and a proactive approach towards tasks assigned.
