Role Title: Associate Manager Acquisition (Current Account)
Function: Retail Banking CASA Acquisition
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Current Account (CA) acquisition from NTB (Current-to-Bank) customers.
- Identify and target business segments such as SMEs, traders, professionals, and corporates.
- Source high-value CA customers through field activity, referrals, cold calling, and networking.
- Achieve monthly targets for:
- CA acquisition
- Average Monthly Balance (AMB)
- Fee income and cross-sell
- Drive cross-selling of products:
- Fixed Deposits (FD)
- Insurance
- POS/Merchant solutions
- Working capital products
