Job Requirements
- Proven experience in placements and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
