We are seeking a dedicated Project Officer to drive community mobilization, enterprise creation, and livelihood development initiatives in Goa. You will deliver trade-specific training, facilitate financial and marketing linkages, and empower traineesparticularly rural women and Self-Help Groups (SHGs)to establish successful microenterprises.

Role & responsibilities

- Training & Capability Building: Deliver focused training sessions based on trade curriculums, demonstrating practical techniques and guiding trainees through hands-on activities.
- Enterprise Support: Impart critical inputs on enterprise creation, facilitating financial linkages and marketing support for trainees.
- Program Coordination: Coordinate with Project Coordinators to manage schedules, resources, and update training content or demonstrations.
- Monitoring & Documentation: Track trainee attendance, monitor performance, provide individual feedback, and maintain progress records and project documentation.
- Asset Management: Ensure the proper upkeep of training equipment and materials at the Common Facility Centre.




- Mentorship: Promote teamwork, discipline, and professional ethics among trainees.
