- Product development in home textiles (Bed Linen, Kitchen Linen, Table Linen, Curtains, Cushions, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of textile fabrics, weaves, yarns, dyes, and finishes
- Trend forecasting and market research
- Product design and innovation
- Sample development and coordination
- Costing and product feasibility analysis
- Fabric and trim sourcing
- Knowledge of buyer requirements and quality standards
- Color, print, and pattern development
- Vendor and supplier management
- Cross-functional coordination with Merchandising, Production, QA, and Procurement
- Time management and project coordination
- Valuable communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems

Preferred Experience

- 5 to 10 years of experience in home textile product development.
- Experience working with international buyers (e.g., US and European markets).
- Knowledge of sustainability, recycled materials, and customer compliance requirements is an added advantage.
