Job description:

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop end-to-end web applications (frontend + backend + APIs)
- Build responsive UI using frameworks like React / Angular / Next.js
- Develop backend services using Python / Node.js / Java / FastAPI
- Develop high-performance REST APIs using FastAPI.
- Ensure:

o Security

o Scalability

o Compliance

- Implement prompt engineering, prompt versioning, and optimization
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
- Build and deploy AI-driven products and workflows (automation agents, NLP systems)
- Handle data ingestion, preprocessing, and embeddings pipelines
- Automate:

o Case processing

o Narrative generation

o Data extraction & validation

- Ensure accuracy, latency, and cost optimization of AI systems
- Deploy applications on AWS
- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Build CI/CD pipelines and MLOps/LLMOps workflows
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability
- Work with Product, UX, Data Science, and Engineering teams
- Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews
- Ensure compliance with AI governance, security, and data privacy standards




- Document system architecture, APIs, and AI workflows

Required Skills

- Frontend: FastAPI (must-have), Python, REST Framework
- Backend: Python (FastAPI/Flask), Node.js, Java (Spring Boot)
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
- Solid understanding of

o Large Language Models - Gemini / Claude

o Prompt Engineering (CoT, Few-shot, Structured prompting)

o RAG systems, embeddings, and vector search

- Experience with frameworks:

o LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, Strands

o Model evaluation, hallucination handling, output validation

- Basic understanding of:

o Machine learning & NLP concepts

o Data preprocessing and feature engineering

- Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow (good to have)
- Experience with AWS Services
- Containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
- CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
- Strong problem-solving and system design skills

Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
- 4–6 years of full-stack development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in GenAI/LLM-based applications-Mandatory
- Experience building production-grade AI solutions preferred
