- Age: Less than 30 years
- Experience: Minimum 2 in Gold Loan
- Responsibilities:
- Manage existing Gold Loan customers and generate new business
- Drive branch sales and portfolio growth
- Ensure KYC and documentation compliance
- Cross-sell financial products
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service
