- Support daily operations of ALEPO AAA and related telecom platforms.
- Troubleshoot subscriber authentication and accounting issues.
- Analyze RADIUS (AAA) Authentication flows.
- Investigate failed authentications,



duplicate sessions, ghost sessions, and accounting mismatches.
- Work with internal teams and vendors for issue resolution.
- Review logs, traces, database records, and packet captures.
- Support BNG/NAS integrations with AAA.
- Participate in system testing, UAT, and production rollout activities.

AAA Integration & Troubleshooting

- Analyze Access-Request, Access-Accept, Access-Reject, Accounting-Start, Interim, and Accounting-Stop records.
- Validate subscriber profile, policy, and service attributes.
- Coordinate with network teams for BNG/BRAS-related issues.
- Support integration with CRM, billing, provisioning, and monitoring systems.
- Prepare RCA and technical analysis for production incidents.

Scripting, Automation & Reporting

- Develop or enhance scripts for operational support.
- Support automation of repetitive checks and validations.
- Prepare SQL queries for investigation and reporting.
- Assist in dashboard, monitoring, and alerting improvements.
