Roles Responsibilities:

- Planning and execution of the assigned targets of production for the region.
- Delivery of ACSEN quality standards and planned quantity of seeds at right time as required for sale plans.
- Analyzing the risks inherent to commercial seed production and implement the necessary means to reach the objectives.
- Allocating the targets to different seed production locations and seasons based the requirement of quality, quantity and at competitive procurement prices.
- Developing alternate production plans in exigencies to meet the required target without affecting the business needs.
- Motivate and train the team members for knowledge imparting and innovations on regular basis.
- Should know budgeting for the region and control over the prepared budgets.
- Coordinating with other departments such as Quality, Processing, Finance and HR time to time for better realization of goals and objectives.
- Reviewing budgets time to time for effective utilization of resources.
- Ensuring timely updates to head of department on the progress of crop and other projects undertaken.

Web and Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Corporate Communications, Branding, and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts and digital assets aligned with ACSEN Agriscience brand guidelines and communication objectives.
- Design and produce engaging visual assets for the corporate website, including homepage banners, landing page creatives, product visuals, infographics, downloadable assets, and promotional web graphics.
- Maintain and regularly update the corporate website with the latest content, product information, campaign assets, white papers, brochures, news, event updates, and other relevant business communication materials.
- Create visually compelling graphics for digital marketing campaigns, email communication, presentations, social media platforms, internal communication initiatives, and sales enablement materials.
- Ensure all digital and web designs are user - friendly, visually appealing, mobile - responsive where applicable, and aligned with audience expectations and brand standards
- Work closely with content creators and internal stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective visual communication across digital platforms.
- Support the creation and maintenance of internal communication platforms such as Viva Engage and other internal communication portals with relevant creative assets and communication updates.
- Stay updated on current design trends, digital technologies, website best practices,



and evolving user experience expectations to continuously improve ACSENs digital presence.
- Manage multiple design and website - related assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and quality execution.
- Support website optimization initiatives by ensuring creative assets follow best practices for performance, search visibility, and user engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors, developers, or technical partners when required for website enhancements, design implementation, or digital asset deployment.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging hierarchy, and brand representation across all web and digital communication touchpoints.

Required Skills:

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD or equivalent design tools.
- Good understanding of responsive web design principles, user experience fundamentals, and digital interface design best practices.
- Working knowledge of front - end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress or equivalent website management platforms.
- Understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) fundamentals, website performance considerations, and web analytics concepts.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web design, digital creative execution, and brand communication work.

Video and Motion Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop creative and impactful Video/design concepts, layouts, and visual assets for ACSEN Agriscience across branding materials, product communication, social media creatives, website elements, brochures, presentations, and campaign collateral.
- Utilize industry - standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator,



InDesign) and other relevant platforms to create and refine high - quality visual content.
- Apply appropriate corporate templates and guidelines visual hierarchy, typography, colour systems, and layout standards while incorporating stakeholder feedback to strengthen communication effectiveness and brand consistency.
- Edit and produce engaging video content for digital platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, internal communication, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand campaign objectives, product messaging, and storytelling requirements to develop compelling video narratives through effective sequencing and editing techniques.
- Edit and optimize audio elements including voiceovers, music, and sound effects to ensure professional - quality multimedia output.
- Collaborate closely with content teams, marketing stakeholders, and brand leadership to deliver high - impact creative assets aligned with ACSENs communication goals.
- Support photography and video shoots when required, including handling camera equipment and capturing footage for brand, product, event, and field - related communication.
