Implement and configure SAP PLM modules including Document Management System (DMS), Engineering Change Management (ECM), Classification, and Product Structure Management.

Support recipe management, specification management, and material master integration.

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM solution designs.

Collaborate with engineering, RD, and supply chain teams to streamline product data management.

Integrate SAP PLM with SAP PP, MM, QM, and S/4HANA core modules.

Conduct functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.

Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.

Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

Participate in PLM roadmap planning and system upgrade activities.

Required Skills Qualifications

8 12 years of experience in SAP PLM implementation and support.

Proficient in SAP DMS, ECM, Classification Characteristics, and Bill of Materials (BOM) management.





Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes in Manufacturing or Process Industries.

Experience with SAP S/4HANA PLM capabilities.

Knowledge of integration with MM, PP, QM, and SD modules.

Ability to work with CAD integration tools and external PLM systems.

Robust documentation and communication skills.

Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

SAP PLM certification.

Experience with SAP cFolders, SAP Enterprise Product Development (EPD).

Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (FDA, ISO) in a PLM context.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology in SAP projects.
