Job Summary

We are seeking a senior - level Lead Oracle Cloud HCM Techno - Functional Consultant with 10+ years of experience to drive the implementation, optimization, and support of our Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and technical execution, serving as a trusted advisor to global clients and end - users. You will own functional configurations for Core HR and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) while spearheading technical developments utilizing HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and the modern Oracle Redwood user interface framework.

Key Responsibilities

- Functional Solution Delivery Configuration
- Lead end - to - end functional configurations and implementation paths for Oracle Core HR (Global Human Resources) and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Manage functional components using Functional Setup Manager (FSM), including enterprise and workforce structures, Descriptive Flexfields (DFFs), Extensible Flexfields (EFFs), and custom lookups.

- Technical Development Integrations

- Design, build, and optimize complex technical components, specifically custom HCM Extracts and BI Publisher (BIP) reports, to facilitate business data streams and downstream integrations.
- Develop performance - tuned SQL queries, write fast formulas, configure value sets, and manage data parsing across diverse formats (XML, PDF, Excel, CSV).
- Build responsive user interfaces and custom configurations utilizing the contemporary Oracle Redwood Design System and Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

- Client Advisory Support Lifecycle





- Act as the primary interface for clients and end - users, converting complex operational roadblocks into scalable, out - of - the - box Oracle Fusion solutions.
- Oversee quarterly upgrade impact assessments, coordinate regression testing, manage Sandboxes, and resolve system bottlenecks during critical business periods.
- Author Functional and Technical Design Documents (FDD/TDD) and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) along with hypercare support tracks.

Required Skills Qualifications

- Experience Baseline
- Total Experience: Minimum 10 years of IT experience, with a robust track record specializing entirely in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications.

- Functional Expertise

- Oracle Core HR: Mastery in defining enterprise architectures, lifecycle transactions (transfers, promotions), and security profiling.
- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC): Deep functional knowledge of candidate lifecycles, career site configurations, job requisitions, offer approvals, and onboarding pipelines.

- Technical Skills

- Reporting Integration: Expert - level capability in BI Publisher (BIP) and HCM Extracts.
- User Interface: Hands - on proficiency with the Oracle Redwood Framework and page personalizations via Visual Builder Studio.
- Data Foundations: Advanced SQL, Fast Formulas, Alert Composer, and Security Console profile management (Job, Abstract, and Duty roles).
