Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) Consultant with strong expertise in development, implementation, and support of Blue Yonder ESP solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to design, develop, and implement best-in-class Supply Planning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) solutions.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to deliver scalable and efficient supply planning solutions.
- Configure and model BY/JDA ESP based on business requirements and application capabilities.
- Develop and maintain custom ESP components including:
- Measures
- KPIs
- Variables
- Members
- Plans

- Develop and test custom programs for:

- Data conversions
- Interfaces
- Reports
- Enhancements
- Forms

- Support Business Integration teams in preparing:

- Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
- Field Mapping Documents (FMDs)
- Functional Specifications

- Define Supply & Inventory Planning data requirements, test scenarios, and test cases.
- Perform configuration, unit testing, integration testing, UAT support, and deployment activities.
- Conduct Fit-Gap Analysis and recommend optimal supply planning solutions.
- Support implementation,



rollouts, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and interact directly with customers to resolve complex business challenges.

Required Skills

- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder (JDA) Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Blue Yonder ESP solutions.
- Strong expertise in BY/JDA ESP development and configuration.
- Excellent knowledge of:
- Supply Planning
- Inventory Planning
- Retail Supply Chain Processes

- Solid experience in developing Measures, KPIs, Variables, Members, and Plans.
- Experience in Functional Design Documents (FDD), Field Mapping Documents (FMD), and Functional Specifications.
- Strong understanding of data conversion, interfaces, reporting, and system integration.
- Experience in system configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in end-to-end Blue Yonder ESP implementation projects.
- Retail domain experience is highly preferred.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Blue Yonder certifications will be an added advantage.
