Role Overview: The incumbent will manage advanced-stage applicant funnels across Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Certificate programs. This role involves counselling qualified applicants and parents, assessing program fit, articulating academic rigor and career value, and guiding candidates through informed enrollment decisions. This is not a mass tele-calling or aggressive sales role. The position requires professional maturity, solid academic articulation, and consultative engagement.

Experience

- 4-6 years of experience in higher-education or premium EdTech admissions.
- Experience handling either working professionals or student-parent counselling (exposure to both preferred).
- Experience in degree, diploma, or executive education programs desirable.
