About the Role

We're looking for a curious, analytical, and AI-first Ad Analytics Intern to join our Ad Monetization team.

This role sits at the intersection of Analytics, AI Automation, Product, and AdTech & Ad operations. You'll be involved in the complete lifecycle of digital advertising campaigns from setting up and launching campaigns to monitoring their performance and analyzing results. Beyond campaign execution, you'll work with large-scale advertising data, build AI-powered automations, and develop internal tools that improve how our advertising platform operates.

You'll collaborate closely with the Ad Sales, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to solve real business problems using data and AI. If you're excited about launching ad campaigns, building automations, experimenting with AI tools, uncovering insights from data, creating products that drive business impact, and owning campaigns from launch to optimization, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

- Set up and launch digital advertising campaigns across Buyhatke's advertising platforms.
- Monitor live campaigns to ensure smooth delivery, optimal pacing, and achievement of performance targets.




- Analyze campaign performance to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Build AI-powered automations that simplify campaign setup, reporting, monitoring, and internal workflows.
- Develop dashboards and analytics frameworks that enable faster, data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage AI tools, LLMs, and scripting to automate repetitive business processes and improve team productivity.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to conceptualize and build new internal tools, automation systems, and features for campaign management.
- Experiment with emerging AI technologies to improve campaign delivery, analytics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Ad Sales, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to execute high-impact advertising campaigns from launch to completion.
- Ensure campaign reporting is accurate, consistent, and delivered on time to internal and external stakeholders.
- Brainstorm and build innovative product ideas that enhance campaign execution, analytics, automation, and advertiser experience.

What We're Looking For

Experience & Background

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Business, or a related field.




- Passion for Analytics, AI, Product Development, Data Science, or AdTech.
- Previous internship, academic project, or personal project involving analytics, automation, AI, software development, or data engineering is a plus.

Skills & Expertise

- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with SQL and Python is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
- Interest in building AI-powered workflows, automations, dashboards, and internal productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a curiosity to learn and experiment with emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced startup setting.
