We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Hygiene Supervisor/Manager to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate should have 3-7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of the hygiene team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to prevent infestations.
- Train staff on hygiene and safety procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of hygiene and maintenance activities.

Job Requirements





- Graduate in Science (PCM) or PCB with a strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation principles.
- Proven experience in managing hygiene teams, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and train staff.
- Solid problem-solving skills to address complex hygiene-related issues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
- Familiarity with relevant software and technology to streamline processes.
