Key Responsibilities

Drive regional sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks. Manage and guide Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives within the region.

Identify new business opportunities and increase market penetration.





Maintain solid relationships with dealers, architects, interior designers, and project clients.

Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. Ensure effective implementation of sales strategies and company policies.

Conduct regular market visits and review team performance.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth execution of business plans.

Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis.

Ensure timely collection and maintain healthy business operations in the region.
