Requirements

1. Experience: 13+ years
2. Bachelor s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or Supply Chain Management (master s preferred).
3. Relevant work experience as per Article 4.2.4 of Appendix A in IT procurement or contracts management within utilities, energy, or government sectors in Qatar
4. Familiarity with MOF/State Audit Bureau procedures and government tender committee practices.
5. Certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or ITIL preferred
