1. Experience: 13+ years
2. Bachelor s Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field (master s preferred).
3. Relevant experience in vendor governance, contract management, or audit/compliance within utilities, energy, or government sectors in Qatar as per the Skill Band requirements mentioned under Article 4.2.4of Appendix A.
4. Familiarity with Qatar Government procurement and audit frameworks.
5. Certifications such as PMP, CIPS, ITIL, or CIA preferred.
