Job Summary.

The role involves developing and executing a strategic investor relations plan while managing relationships with investors, PEs, VCs, and rating agencies. It focuses on crafting investor communications, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing the company in key forums such as board and shareholder meetings. The position requires strong financial knowledge, governance expertise, and the ability to provide market insights to support leadership and organizational strategy.

What You ll Do

- Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, retail investors, private equity firms, venture capitalists, and rating agencies.
- Create compelling storylines and communication materials for stakeholders, including MD&A; sections, investor presentations,



and press releases.
- Represent the company in board meetings, shareholder meetings, and investor roadshows.
- Ensure compliance with MCA requirements, Indian corporate law, and disclosure norms.
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Corporate Communications teams for accurate and timely reporting.
- Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and competitor performance to provide strategic insights to top management.
- Drive ESG communication and corporate governance initiatives including CSR initiatives.

What We re Looking For

Graduate degree in Management or Finance; professional certifications such as CA/CS, CMA, CFA preferred.

5+ years of experience managing investor relations for a listed company.

Hands-on experience engaging or working with investors, PEs, VCs, and rating agencies.

Solid knowledge of corporate financials, reporting standards, corporate governance, and ESG frameworks.

Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills within capital markets and media.

Deep understanding of MD&A;, MCA compliance, and Indian corporate law.

Ability to work at board level and contribute to organizational strategy and growth.
