Roles and Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities in the project:

- Define and understand end-to-end system architecture (firmware + software).
- Make key decisions on technology stacks.
- Ensure architecture aligns with product requirements, scalability, and performance goals.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications and architecture blueprints.
- Conduct feasibility analysis and trade-offs
- Define non-functional requirements
- Define coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.




- Oversee integration of all subsystems (device, firmware, software, cloud).
- Ensure interoperability and seamless communication across components.
- Review and approve FRS, HLDD.
- Conduct Design Reviews, Code Reviews (high level)
- Review and approve system-level testing strategies (functional, performance).
- Define secure architecture (secure boot, encryption, authentication).
- Establish CI/CD pipelines for embedded and software releases.
- Provide technical guidance and resolve architectural conflicts.
- Engage with external vendors, partners, and stakeholders.
- Own architecture from: Concept Design Development Integration Release Lifecycle support
