Role: Administration Executive

The Admin Executive will play a key role in managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the campus. This position involves overseeing vendor management, security and safety, housekeeping, and documentation, while ensuring smooth coordination across all support functions. The role also requires maintaining operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with institutional standards. A valid two-wheeler license is mandatory, and a four-wheeler license is preferred.

Role & responsibilities

- Vendor Management and Negotiations: Lead and oversee vendor coordination for all services required on the campus. Ensure efficient negotiations to achieve cost-effective solutions when necessary.
- Security & Safety Oversight: Ensure that all campus security arrangements and safety protocols are properly implemented and maintained. Supervise security personnel and collaborate with local authorities to ensure safety standards are upheld.
- Record Keeping & Documentation: Supervise the maintenance of accurate and up-to- date records, registers, Google Sheets, and other necessary documentation for all work activities within the department. Housekeeping Management:



Oversee housekeeping services to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met. Maintain detailed records of housekeeping staff performance and provide guidance as needed.
- Staff Supervision & Coordination: Develop and implement detailed checklists for housekeeping staff, drivers, and other team members. Lead and monitor the performance of the team, ensuring compliance with tasks and job duties.
- Liaison with External Bodies: Act as the key point of contact for local government departments, external organizations, and other relevant bodies. Ensure smooth and efficient communication and resolve any administrative concerns related to external entities.
- Driving: A valid 2-wheeler license is required; a 4-wheeler license is preferred. Driving duties may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications:

- Any degree.
- Proven experience in administration, with at least 1 year of experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively, including resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Solid organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
