Senior Accountant

Location: Palghar (Weekly visit to Mumbai Head Office)

Residing: Vasai - Palghar

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Senior Accountant to independently manage the accounts, taxation, statutory compliances, banking, and financial reporting functions of a manufacturing company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a Private Limited Company and be capable of handling compliance and regulatory matters with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, finalization of accounts, MIS, and financial reporting.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, PT, ROC, and all other statutory compliances, returns, and filings.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable laws and government regulations.
- Liaise with banks for working capital limits, Drawing Power (DP), CMA data, stock statements, BG/LC documentation, and other banking requirements.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, bankers, and government authorities as required.
- Independently prepare and submit statutory returns, reconciliations, and regulatory filings.
- Prepare financial data, schedules, and documentation for audits and assessments.
- Handle online banking, vendor payments, reconciliations,



and treasury functions.
- Stay updated with the latest taxation laws, MCA regulations, and Government of India policies, incentives, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Com/M.Com (CA Inter preferred) with 8-15 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, Companies Act, and statutory compliances applicable to a Private Limited Company.
- Experience in preparing CMA Data, banking documentation, and dealing with working capital finance.
- Proficient in Tally Prime (Advanced), MS Excel (Advanced), MS Office, Google Workspace, Online banking portals, and government compliance portals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, drafting, and liaison skills.
- Self-driven, meticulous, and capable of independently managing the finance and compliance function.

Location: The position is based at our Palghar manufacturing facility, with a mandatory weekly visit to our Mumbai Head Office.
