Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam Language)
Location: Work from Office
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts
Salary:
Gross Salary: 20,500 per month
In-Hand Salary: 16,000+ per month
Travel Allowance: 3,500 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive (Tamil,Kannada, Malayalam Speaking) any of this language to join our team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in any of this language and have excellent communication skills to assist customers, resolve their queries, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and qualified manner.
Provide accurate information about products and services.




Maintain customer records and update the CRM system accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality and productivity targets.

Requirements
Fluency in Tamil or Kannada or Malayalam is mandatory.
Good communication skills in English or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
