About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Female Business Development Leader, preferably from the Auto Component Industry, to lead domestic and international business development for our Electrical Stampings Division. The role is responsible for developing current business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the Electric Motor, White Goods, Industrial, Automotive, and EV sectors.

The candidate should possess strong techno-commercial expertise and a proven track record in handling OEM customers, strategic business development, and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive business development and revenue growth for Electrical Stampings (Stator & Rotor Laminations).
- Develop new business opportunities in both Domestic.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 customers, and strategic partners.
- Identify new applications and customers in:
- White Goods
- Industrial Motors
- Automotive
- Electric Vehicles (EV)
- Pumps
- Compressors
- Home Appliances
- Lead customer meetings, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Prepare business strategies, market intelligence reports, and sales forecasts.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for successful project execution.




- Participate in domestic and international exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings.
- Achieve annual sales targets and profitability objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Gender: Female (Preferred)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical/Production or equivalent) + MBA (Marketing/International Business preferred)
- Experience: 1522 Years
- Strong exposure to Business Development, Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, and International Marketing.
- Experience in dealing with OEM customers and global clients.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and overseas.

Compensation

- CTC: 3560 LPA (Negotiable for the right candidate)
