Role & responsibilities

1. Daily inspection plan realization and track status.

2. Planning and assigning activities to team members.

3. Review released drawing before issuing to Production / Inspection.

4. Coordinate with Planning team for Customer inspection schedule.

5. Organize & participate in shift communication meeting.

6. Review status of job for Joint inspection with all relevant documents & reports.

7. Review Procedure and Work instructions for Gaps / corrections to current status.

8. Improvement of Process / methods to Improve Safety / Quality / Productivity / Delivery.

9. Prepare, Review Inspection reports for Customer.

10. Monitor Gauges and Equipment calibration status with team.

11. Maintain and Develop Documents to ensure requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 3834 Standards.

12. Support for maintaining & develop documents for ensure requirement of ISO 14001, ISO45001, ISO 27001 Standards.

13. Prepare and Participate at Customer, External & Certification Audits with necessary documents and reports.

Machine capability studies, Oven validation studies / report verification as per schedule.

15. Measurement system analysis (MSA) for Gauges and Instruments.

16. Monitor, Record Internal Rework & Rejection observed.

17. Participate, gather with team for Corrective and Preventive action to address Rework & Rejection.

18. Respond to Customer complaints with appropriate actions & supporting documents within acceptable timeline.

19. On job training and Need based training to team members.

20. Reporting concern to Supplier for inward issues & follow up corrective actions.

21. 5S improvement activities.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Use of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Power point) to Create, Edit and improve formats.

2. Hands on Experience at ERP / SAP

3. Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 27001
