Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in C# and the .NET ecosystem to build and maintain scalable, enterprise-grade applications and backend services. The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge in backend architecture, database optimization, and modern distributed system technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications and backend services using C# and the .NET platform.
- Build scalable, resilient, and high-performance APIs and backend systems.
- Design and optimize relational database schemas, queries, and stored procedures using Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ensure database reliability, scalability, and performance through tuning and optimization techniques.
- Work with modern infrastructure and platform technologies including MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Keycloak, and HashiCorp Vault.
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions aligned with long-term technology strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices, coding standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development, preproduction, and production environments.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and global engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of overall software development experience, building complex and business critical applications.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET framework/platform.
- Strong understanding of: Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, Software Engineering Best Practices, Scalable System Design
- At least 5 years of experience with relational databases such as Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
- Strong expertise in: Writing complex SQL queries, Database performance tuning, Query optimization, Database design and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with the following technologies: MongoDB, Redis, Kafka
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Self-driven and ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in agile and global engineering environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working on distributed systems or microservices-based architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
