Role Overview

Arctic Wolf is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer

As a Senior Developer 2, You will work across the full technology stack building scalable backend services, modern user experiences, and cloud-native solutions. In addition to delivering high-impact features, you will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, drive engineering best practices, and collaborate across teams to shape the technical direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex full-stack features across the pipeline platform.
- Architect and build scalable backend services using Go, Python (Optional React).
- Design robust APIs and build scalable microservices that integrate with databases and event-driven.
- Drive architectural discussions and make technical decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Own major product features end-to-end, from design through deployment and operational support.
- Build and deploy cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and operational best practices.
- Lead and Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Product Management, UX, Quality Engineering,



and other engineering teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong experience building production-grade applications across both frontend and backend technologies.
- Proficiency in one or more backend languages such as Go and Python (Bonus - React).
- Experience designing and building REST APIs, distributed systems, and microservices architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases and messaging technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and applying DevOps best practices.
- Strong system design, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineers, and influence engineering decisions across teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity products.
- Experience driving architectural improvements and reducing technical debt.
- Familiarity with observability platforms, monitoring, logging, and production operations.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives in Agile environments.
