Requirements:
Life Cycle Initiatives:
Lead key lifecycle activities such as VOP, VOC for the current city. Collaborate cross-functionally to
align on insights and drive city-specific improvements.
Risk Management:
Address partner and customer concerns efficiently by resolving issues related to SLA,
cancellations, escalations, or fulfillment gaps, ensuring smooth operations from Day 0.
Team Management:
Build and manage a high-performing city launch team, ensuring clarity of targets & KRAs.
Monitor team efficiency, service levels, and city performance metrics, implementing
improvements proactively.
Process Improvement:
Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures and policies to enable seamless new city
operations. Identify operational bottlenecks early and implement scalable solutions.
Retention:
Drive partner and customer retention activities by validating partner engagement, monitoring
zonal fulfillment, initiating feedback loops, and ensuring a reliable early experience.




Market Intelligence:
Continuously gather market intelligence, competitor insights, and ground-level trends to
generate actionable inputs for city strategy and long-term sustainability.
Candidates must be proficient in the local/regional language.
Skills:

Deep understanding of city operations, and partner/customer lifecycle
Strong numerical and analytical capabilities; Can multitask effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive alignment across teams and
stakeholders

High ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced
environments

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and operational dashboards
Ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong attention to detail
Willingness to work extensively on-ground, especially during the initial launch phase
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for problem-solving
