- We are looking for creative and enthusiastic Junior Producers who are passionate about digital news and storytelling.
- This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 year of experience who enjoy creating engaging content for YouTube, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, possess excellent Hindi communication skills, and have a strong understanding of how contemporary audiences consume content online.
- As a Junior Producer, you will write short, engaging, digital-first scripts, present news stories on camera for reels and short-form videos, deliver clear and energetic voiceovers, and assist in developing special content series.
- You will also perform basic video editing for short news clips, analyze digital content trends and audience behavior, support senior producers on long-form projects,
and ensure every story maintains high standards of accuracy, creativity, and speed.
- Candidates should have a confident on-camera presence, strong command of written and spoken Hindi, and a good understanding of digital storytelling techniques.
- Freshers with exceptional creativity and a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply.
- Experience creating content on personal social media platforms and familiarity with YouTube and Instagram formats will be considered a strong advantage.
