We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic E-commerce Account Manager to manage online marketplace accounts and support the growth of our clients' businesses. Candidates with basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Ajio, and other marketplaces.
- Upload new products and optimize product listings.
- Update product prices, stock, and descriptions.
- Process and monitor customer orders.
- Handle returns, cancellations, and customer queries.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
- Maintain account health and ensure marketplace compliance.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces (preferred).
