We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Science Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with data analytics team to support data-driven decision-making through data analysis, insight generation, and basic model development across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, and BI platforms.
- Support the development of dashboards and data visualizations to effectively communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing initiatives related to data science, analytics, and data management.
- Assist in building, handling, and evaluating basic statistical and machine learning models under guidance.

Required Skills Qualifications:





- Bachelors degree in mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Good understanding of statistics, probability, data structures, and fundamental data analysis concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar spreadsheet tools.
- Exposure to at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and databases is a plus.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of data science and analytics.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented team environment.
