- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) as per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Ensure compliance with OEM Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and CSMS.
- Coordinate internal, customer, and certification audits, and ensure timely closure of findings.
- Manage QMS documentation, corrective actions (CAPA), and continual improvement activities.
- Prepare quality reports, dashboards, and presentations using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Support cross-functional teams in maintaining quality compliance and achieving customer satisfaction.
