Job Title: Manager / Sr. Manager Engineering

Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the overall Engineering Department of the OSD manufacturing facility, ensuring equipment reliability, regulatory compliance, safety standards, and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete Engineering operations including production equipment, utilities & HVAC systems.
- Plan and implement Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA and other regulatory standards; handle customer and regulatory audits.
- Manage procurement, FAT, installation & commissioning of plant machinery.




- Monitor critical spares inventory and vendor coordination.
- Implement EHS policies to ensure a safe working setting.
- Drive cost-saving and energy optimization initiatives within budget.
- Prepare maintenance MIS, reports, budgeting and resource planning.
- Lead, train and develop engineering team members.
- Ensure timely calibration of instruments and control devices as per SOPs.

Educational Qualification:

B.Tech / M.Tech Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

12–18 years of experience in Pharmaceutical OSD Engineering, with team handling exposure.
