What are the key skills we are looking for
- Lead design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise ETL solutions using Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.
- Design scalable data pipelines and data warehouse solutions on AWS Redshift.
- Create and review technical design documents, data models, ETL architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Lead a team of data engineers and provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring.
- Optimize SQL queries, ETL performance, and Redshift workloads.
- Work with business, analytics,



and application teams to define data integration requirements.
- Support production releases, issue resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
- Drive Agile delivery practices and ensure high-quality deliverables.

What qualifications will make you successful
- Experience with cloud migration initiatives.
- Knowledge of Python and modern data engineering practices.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps for data platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL, and Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter 10.5.
- Strong experience with AWS Redshift database administration and development.
- Expert-level SQL and performance tuning skills.
- Experience in dimensional modeling, data warehousing, and data integration.
- Robust understanding of UNIX/Linux scripting.
- Experience leading teams and managing technical deliveries.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira.
