We are looking for a Siebel Lead / Technical Architect with deep hands-on CRM experience to lead Siebel implementation, customisation, and integration across Oracle RODOD telecom transformation programmes.

Responsibilities:

- Lead hands-on design and development across Siebel CSW, Open UI, Order Management, and Workforce Management
- Design and implement Siebel CRM integration using Web Services, HTTPS, and REST APIs
- Provide team leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
- Lead RODOD solution implementation including product modelling and catalog management
- Work with cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) for deployment

Requirements:

- 9 14 years of Siebel CRM development experience in the telecommunications domain
- Expert-level Siebel CSW configuration, scripting,



and workflow experience
- Excellent SQL and PL/SQL skills
- Experience with application integration via Web Services and REST APIs
- Must have technical team leadership experience

Nice to have:

- Oracle RODOD implementation knowledge
- Cloud Native (Docker/Kubernetes) experience
- JavaScript, HTML, CSS skills
