Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with extensive experience in the Education Cloud to lead our development team. Responsibilities:

Mandatory Skills:

- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with integration tools and techniques, such as MuleSoft or Salesforce Connect.
- Knowledge of data migration strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong focus on Education Cloud.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a leadership role.
