:

Monitor and communicate order status, shipment schedules, and delivery updates to customers and internal stakeholders.

Support invoice verification, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation activities with Finance, vendors, and customers.

Prepare, maintain, and update SAP transaction records, operational documents, and business-related data.

Perform SAP transactions, including MIGO, MIRO, billing entries, master data updates, and related documentation.

Processing and tracking of Purchase Orders (POs) and billing documents.

Manage vendor and supplier communications related to order processing, payments, shipment coordination, and operational requirements.

Support sales and brand management teams with administrative and operational activities.

Generate operational reports and maintain transaction records to support compliance requirements.

Full fledged training on processes and products shall be provided before operations begin.

Work Timing : 9.30am to 6.30pm

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Language fluency spoken : English (intermediate),



Malayalam also preferred

Computer Knowledge : MS Excel (Lookup, Pivot Table, Filters, Formulas) Email, Internet, experience in using softwares. Experience is SAP or any ERP is preferred.

Other skills required : Confidence, Willingness to learn, Communication, Positivity, Friendliness, Team Player as well as Individual Contributor

Educational qualification : B.Com/ BBA

Work Experience : 1-2 years experience. Freshers can also apply

Salary : Between Rs 17,500 to 20,000 per month fixed. Final amount shall be decided based on relevant experience and performance in interview.
