We are looking for a MarTech Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and optimization of marketing technology solutions that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing, Engineering, Analytics, and Business teams to deliver scalable, data-driven products and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Define and manage the product roadmap and priorities.
Gather business requirements and translate them into product features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements.
Manage and optimize marketing technology platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, CDP, and customer engagement tools.
Improve customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and campaign effectiveness.
Track product performance using KPIs and analytics.
Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and integrations.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of Product Management experience.
Experience working with CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP, or Customer Engagement platforms.
Robust understanding of customer journeys, digital marketing, and analytics.
Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
