- Identify and build business partnerships with EMS companies, enterprises, and hardware start-ups
- Experience in consultative selling of software engineering and experience design services/solutions, including both custom developed and platform-based solutions.
- Proven ability to handle entire sales lifecycle from prospect identification to negotiation/contracting.
- Capable of working with clients to envision, structure and specify solution requirements.
- Logical and structured approach to presenting opinions/views and interpretation of information
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions makers and develop followership among colleagues and subordinates
- Generating maximum business by cross selling and up selling.
- Creating new customers through visits, online search, references, tenders and cold calls.
- Managing complete sales cycle from lead generation, technical consulting,
negotiation and closure to payment collection.
- Coordinating with company CEOs, R&D; staff and purchase team to establish business relations.
- Understanding customer needs and explaining features and benefits of suitable products/ solutions
Qualification & Experience:
- Candidate should be a B.E , BTech with specialisation in Electrical , Electronics .
- Having experience of 2-8 yrs in the IOT / Software application industry
- Preferred qualification of MBA in Marketing.
- Candidates having B2B Business Development experience
