Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across Punjab.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business and achieve sales targets.

Manage and develop a sales team.

Handle individual sales responsibilities as well as team performance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct market research and identify current opportunities.

Prepare sales reports and track performance metrics.

Train, motivate, and guide team members.

Requirements:

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in the sales field.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Experience in both individual sales and team handling.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Willingness to travel across Punjab.

Salary: As per industry standards + Incentives
