- Understand project/customer requirements and detail technical specification for the product
- Create detailed 3D models, detailed 2D drawings for manufacturing of valves
- Perform design calculations, procedures and design layouts required for development of valves
- Perform stress, thermal, seismic, and fatigue analyses (FEA) on valve bodies and components
- Selection of suitable materials for applications and preparation of material specifications required for the project
- Documentation - Preparation of BOMs, GAD, technical specifications, reports required for submission and approval
- Proactive in identifying the technical deficiencies and investigate, trouble shoot the technical issues
